Abstract: In dem Beitrag werden zentrale Reformschritte bei der
Reorganisation der Alterssicherung und des Gesundheitswesens diskutiert. Im
Zentrum steht die Unterscheidung von großen und kleinen Risiken und die
Rolle des Wettbewerbs bei der Reform der Krankenversicherung.
The paper
discusses central avenues of reform in the pension and health system. The
core issues are the distinction of large and small risks and the role of a
competitive approach to reorganise the health system.
